Car won't start / completely "dead"

Hi guys. I have an Audi A5 coupe 2009 and currently I'm living in Kraków. Reason for writing in English,it's obviously,I guess ... because I'm not polish . My problem is,that today I went to the car ,after a week , with some plans,and I found car completely dead.Weather is not that bad in Kraków,and car was not used only a week,but it completely didn't want start and didn't make any noise. Keys got stocked,doors/ boot are locked(except driver which can be open manually). Rest everything dead. I called itaxi ,to jump it,and after connecting the cables, completely nothing /no sounds/ no sparks..so I have completely no idea what to do. Battery was bought 4 months ago ,and never had any issues.A week ago screen dashboard (with clockes)also dead..I tried verify fuses,last week all of them were ok( maybe I put 2 of them upside down) ...any ideas?

Connect the charger to the charging points on the engine or to the battery. Check the battery terminals - spray some conductive grease.

It's solved.. battery was replaced and not programed...and was necessary also some spray for terminals
